Directions

From Capital Beltway 495 Take exit 177 and merge onto Route 1 South toward Alexandria/Ft. Belvoir. Continue on Route 1 for 5 miles for about 10-15 minutes until to come to a shopping center where there is a Home Depot, Michaels, and Staples on your right. There is a traffic light at the entrance to this shopping center. You want to drive through the traffic light for about 50 yards until you see Gold’s Gym on your right. Turn in to the parking lot and drive around to the right of Gold’s Gym. The Habitat for Humanity Restore is on the backside of Gold’s.

Mission Statement

The ReStore takes donations of used and surplus building supplies, appliances, and other home improvement items for resale at 50-90% below retail prices. The proceeds go toward the construction of Habitat homes. Volunteers will work with ReStore staff collecting and receiving donated materials, pricing and stocking items, assisting customers, and running the cash register.
